Hosted by China Association of Lighting Industry and organized by Zhongshan Guzhen Lighting Capital Expo Co., Ltd., the fair is positioned as "professional, market-oriented and international", building a "1+8+N" exhibition-store linkage pattern. The main venue, Guzhen Lighting Capital Convention and Exhibition Center, opened 8 halls simultaneously, connecting with 8 professional shopping malls including Lihe Lighting Expo Center and Starlight Alliance, forming an exhibition scale of over 1.5 million square meters, realizing comprehensive radiation from core exhibition halls to industrial clusters. The participating lineup includes 3,600 high-quality brands across the entire industrial chain, with exhibits covering core categories such as smart lighting, home lighting and commercial lighting, and extending to pan-home fields such as ceramic sanitary ware and smart door locks, creating a "one-stop" procurement ecosystem.
Technological innovation and "specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative" enterprises have become the core highlights of the exhibition. Hall A of the main venue concentrated on displaying industry innovation achievements through fully customized booths, among which new technologies such as AI dimming systems, intelligent sensing light control equipment and biological rhythm-adjusting light environments made intensive appearances. Products integrating the Internet of Things, new energy and lighting have become the focus of attention. Environmental protection products made of aviation-grade aluminum and hand-blown glass launched in the decorative lighting exhibition area highlighted the trend of green transformation of the industry. Notably, the country's first lighting and lamp AI large model application platform released at the opening ceremony of the exhibition injected a "smart engine" into the intelligent upgrading of the industry.
Government leadership and the effectiveness of supply-demand docking have been significantly improved. This exhibition innovatively adopted the model of "government building the platform and enterprises performing", with the government of Guzhen Town taking the lead in hosting high-end activities such as the "Home Lighting Intelligence Ecological Co-creation Exchange Conference". Representatives of leading enterprises including Xiaomi, Opple Lighting and China Telecom discussed industrial directions with government team members. Meanwhile, targeted supply-demand matching activities such as the "Global Buyer Procurement Tour" and "Cross-border E-commerce Matching Conference" were carried out. The efficient docking model achieved in the previous exhibition continued to work in this session, winning wide recognition from exhibitors: "Visiting customers inspected factories on site after the exhibition, and their suggestions continuously promoted product optimization and upgrading".
Against the backdrop of a complex global trade environment, the number of overseas merchants at this exhibition increased by 6.47% year-on-year, which is inseparable from the international layout of Guzhen's lighting industry. In 2024, the total export volume of Guzhen's lighting industry exceeded 10 billion yuan, with a growth rate of 26.4% in the first half of 2025. During the exhibition, the opening of the "Lighting Capital·Four Seasons" foreign trade complex further improved the closed-loop ecosystem of "cross-border e-commerce + industrial belt", helping the industry upgrade from "product going global" to "brand going global".
From a road-side exhibition to a global benchmark, the Guzhen Lighting Fair has become a "barometer" of industrial development. At the conclusion of this grand event, the effectiveness of Guzhen Town's expanding space through "industrial reconstruction" and promoting transformation through "intelligent transformation and digital upgrading" has been clearly demonstrated. Nearly 85% of the regulated enterprises in the town have achieved digital transformation, and the 100-billion-yuan industrial cluster is accelerating forward in the direction of "intelligentization, greenization and internationalization", continuing to illuminate the future of the global lighting industry.
